Minrav and Megureit – Israel’s largest REIT rental and residential funds, which won the Governmental Rental and Residential Company “Apartment for Rent” tender for the construction of 234 residential units and a commercial center in Be’er Yacov this week. This tender joins three other “Apartment for Rent” tenders won in Rishon LeZion, Holon and Malha; they jointly handle projects for the construction of 500 residential units nationwide, valued at several million NIS.
