An action filed by Adv. and Partner Amir Caspari and Adv. Barack Lifshits of our firm revealed an extraordinary story: buyers of private land near Zur Igal and Kochav Yair were astonished to discover that, according to the government, the land is not within the borders of Israel, but rather east of the Green Line.  Now, they are suing damages of 27.5M NIS.
